Lower Mainland Chapter Vendor Policy

For vendors wishing to display their wares or services at our monthly CSSE meetings, the following BC Lower Mainland Chapter policy applies:

For Vendors who Members of CSSE:

Ø      If you are a current, up-to-date CSSE members, this is a free service (although you must also pay the $25 member charge for the meal and guest speaker).

Ø      You must obtain permission from the chapter executive before the meeting date.

Ø      We will allow you up to 5 minutes of time to introduce your product or service to the membership.

Ø      You may invite members to ask questions during the meal or after the presentation.

Ø      You are responsible for your own set-up, tear down and clean up.

For Vendors who are not Members of CSSE:

Ø      If you are not a current, up-to-date CSSE member, their is a fee of at least $50 for setting up a display

Ø      You must pay the $30 non-member charge for the meal and guest speaker.

Ø      You must obtain permission from the chapter executive before the meeting date.

Ø      We will allow you up to 5 minutes of time to introduce your product or service to the membership.

Ø      You may invite members to ask questions during the meal or after the presentation.

Ø      You are responsible for your own set-up, tear down and clean up.
